Grinding Fleece - Sheet

Application areas for grinding fleeces:

• Graining P100 - grain type aluminium oxide: Colour removal, derusting, cleaning, removal of soils, such as mortar and trappings etc. Softwood structuring
• Graining P180 - grain type aluminium oxide: Grinding of zinced steel before painting. Cleaning and grinding of aluminium parts (e.g. truck superstructures, winter gardens etc.) and other metallic surfaces. Colour and rust removal.
• Graining P320, P360 - grain type aluminium oxide: Grinding of old paints and metals before the new painting. Burnishing of glazed and pickled wood. Grinding (dash-dot matting) of stainless steels, non-ferrous metals etc.
• Graining P500, 800 - grain type silicium carbide: Imperfection repairs of paints with 1 or 2 layers. Base coat, filler and filling primer grinding. Plastic abrading. Burnishing of fibrous surfaces.
• Graining P800, P1500 - grain type silicium carbide: Imperfection repairs of paints with 1 or 2 layers. Soil removal. Base coat, filler and filling primer grinding. Fine grinding of von GRP-parts for example in the automotive construction, boat-buildings and construction of models.
